The Utins family (Pensa)
We are the Utins family from Russia (Pensa). Our family (that consists of 3 people) was lucky to go on vacation to Vietnam (Nha Trang). The travel program was offered by the BG Holiday Company. We stayed at the apartment of The Costa Residence hotel from the 29th of May to the 11th of June 2017. Vietnam left a deep impression on us. It’s one of the leisure destinations that’ll impress you by its beautiful nature and cultural authenticity. We found staying at the apartments to be very comfortable. There was a fully equipped kitchen and we could enjoy a beautiful view of the seashore. We liked the fact that all the excursions we went on were carried out by a Russian-speaking tourist guide. What we liked most of all is the fact that the time for the excursion was chosen on the basis of our personal preferences. Alexander, the representative of the company who also was our personal tourist guide, helped us during all our vacation. That was great! He made our time in the Nha Trang even better. He is very kind, attentive and helpful (he even offered us help when it came down to choosing small gifts that we wanted to buy for our relatives and friends). We want to thank Alexander and the BG Holiday Company for organizing our vacation. We wish you wealth and lots of grateful clients.
