What type of accommodation can a BGHC club member book?
In total, there are 3 accommodation types offered to the Club Members. You can book any of them (provided the accommodation type is offered at the resort you choose).

Can I accumulate my holiday periods? Can I use the holiday periods of the next year in current year?
Yes. You can accumulate the Holiday Periods of the current year so that to use them the following year. In other words, you’re allowed to use the Holiday Periods you have in current year a bit later. You also can use the Holiday Periods of the following year in current year. Remember: You’re allowed to accumulate Holiday Periods or use the Holiday Periods of the following year in current year only once.
Can my relatives/friends use the holiday periods I have?
Yes, your Holiday Periods can be used by your relatives/friends. No extra fees occur in this case.
What is Piligrim™ booking system?
Certain resorts offered to the members of the BGHC Club are included in the Piligrim™ privilege program. The holders of the Piligrim™ Card are granted an access to the catalogue of 4300 resorts all over the world.

When can I book my holiday?
You can submit a reservation request no earlier than 12 months and no later than 7 days prior to your arrival at the chosen resort. Accommodation options are subject to availability. That’s why we recommend our clients to book their holidays in advance. Many countries in the world require a visa to travel. That’s why you’d better book your holiday no earlier than 3 months and no later than 1 month prior to your arrival at the chosen resort.
When should I pay the booking fee?
Your comfort is our prime concern. That’s why we give you 24 hours to confirm your booking. In other words, you’re to pay your fee within the first 24 hours after you submit your reservation request.
Can I cancel my booking?
In case you cancel your booking later than 14 days prior to your check-in date, the Holiday Periods (you were going to use) will not be returned to you. The booking fee is non-refundable.
