THE AREA
Leila Playa is a secluded friendly resort, whose avenue of palm trees winds down to the beach and the warm Mediterranean. At the centre of the resort is the outdoor pool with its sun trap terraces flanked by tumbling waterfalls, rockeries and rock-pools. And then there is the Colonial-style Club house where you can enjoy a drink or a meal in the bar-restaurant, or dine al-fresco on the club terrace, overlooking the pool. The resort is situated between Marbella and Fuengirola. The beach front resort is ideal for sun worshippers yet offers comfort to all alike. Should you like to pursue some lazy activities there is crazy golfand snooker. On colder days you can enjoy the turkish bath and sauna facilities too!You can always cool off again in the swimming pool. You may find that some sport facilities will be charged for. Should you wish to play golf during your stay you must inform the resortin advance and pre book tee-times (between March and October there is a very heavy demand for the use of the golf course) or you may find that you will not get an opportunity to play during your week's stay. Depending on the season there are up to 5 nights entertainment including a popular Spanish Duo. Combined with this is a comprehensive entertainment programme operating all year round.
THE APARTMENTS
The spacious marble-floored apartments are fitted and furnished to a very high standard and range from one bedroom (sleeping two), to three bedrooms and three bathrooms (sleeping up to eight). All have fully equipped kitchens, satellite television, direct dial telephone and their own patio or balcony. Leisure facilities on the resort include sauna, steam room, mini-gym, snooker and pool tables and Australian half tennis courts. For the children there is crazy golf and their own play area. Nearby are watersports, tournament standard golf courses and horse-riding. Along the coast lies the chic resort of Marbella and the jet-set pleasure harbour of Puerto Banus with its many bars, restaurants and boutiques.

DIRECTIONS
From the airport take the main N340 direction Cadiz, then the E15/N340 signposted Algeciras/Benalmadena. By-pass Torremolinos, Benalmadena and Fuengirola (approximately 17kms)12 km on you will pass Barratt Dona Lola resort on your left. Leila Playa is situated in the Urbanisaciуn Calahondaon the beach side of the main road (approximately 2 kilometers after passing Dona Lola). After passing Leila Playa turn right (signposted Cabopino) and cross the main road via the overpass. Return to the highway following the direction of Malaga (direction airport). Turn into the resort at exit KM196. You may miss the resort entrance as it is slightly obscured.
