Mariner's Pointe Resort is located on the beautiful Cumberland Plateau, the heart of Tennessee's famous hardwood wilderness. Activity with security lets you relax: one way in and out of the resort, video cameras in activity areas, pool monitors, on site-security, plus all areas are well lit.
THE APARTMENTS
One bedroom units have master bedroom with king bed, separate double dressing area with vanity & closets, queen sleep sofa, master bath, full kitchen with microwave, stove, full size refrigerator and dishwasher. Convenience and comfort equals contentment: if you prefer a 2-bedroom condo, you will enjoy your own dock for your boat, if you decide to bring it, or we will be glad to rent you one. Fish from your dock or sit on one of the unit's two decks and watch the lake's natural wildlife wonders during a glorious sunset over Lake Holiday. Upstairs in the two bedroom units there is the Master bedroom with King bed and dressing area with vanity, Twin bedroom, loft with vanity & Master bath. Downstairs is full kitchen with microwave, stove, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, 1/2 bath, dining area and living room.

DIRECTIONS
From the Nashville Airport, about 100 miles away: Take I-40 East approximately 100 miles to Exit #317, which is Highway 127. (*)Turn South and go approximately 3 miles and turn right onto Highway 70 West. Continue on West 70 for 2 1/2 miles and turn left (resort sign is on right side of road) onto Tennessee Avenue. Follow the signs to the resort. Check-in is at the Interval Ownership Association building. From the Knoxville airport, about 87 miles away, go North on U. S. Highway 129 (Alcoa Highway) for 13 miles to I-40. Go West on I-40 for 80 miles to U. S. Highway 127, exit #317 and follow as stated above(*).
