THE AREA
Originally an old mill (dating from 17th century) La Ferriera has been carefully restored and converted into 19 high standard apartments. Shops and restaurants are only a 5 minute walk away in the enchanting medieval town of Loro Ciuffenna. Florence, Siena and Arezzo are all within easy reach. La Ferriera is located in the rural countryside near the small village of Loro Ciuffenna. A car is needed to reach the train station and to move around the area. At reception you will find information about area sight seeing, museum reservations, medieval villages, train schedules, maps, etc. However please note no organized tours are arranged, and car hire is recommended if you wish to partake in these activities
THE APARTMENTS
