Clube Praia Da Oura, Algarve, Portugal

THE AREA

This is the first timeshare resort built in the Algarve and as such provides a host of facilities on site. Lawn Green Bowling can be played late into the night due to its floodlit facility - there are areas within the grounds where you can sunbathe away from the pool or relax in the whirlpool. The landscaped gardens are well maintained and a short stroll away is the golden beach of Albufeira. Clube Praia Da Oura is situated right on the edge of the beach and its grounds are well maintained.

THE APARTMENTS

It is a large resort with varying accommodation. All units have balconies overlooking either the gardens at the rear of the resort, the beach to the left of the resort or the gardens/swimming pool at the front. There are also some units built away from the main complex. The resort has 4 jacuzzi's, 2 adult swimming pools & 2 childrens pools. The grounds have ramps but are not always easy to negotiate in a wheelchair. There is a refundable security deposit of Ђ100 (payable in cash or credit card)

DIRECTIONS

Follow N125 to Albufeira - follow the signs to Praia da Oura- The resort is then sign posted - You will drive through the town itself so parking will be difficult and limited (please note that during the months of July and August the roads are very busy and the N125 is the only road leading from East to West along the coast of the Algarve!).
