THE AREA
The Howard Johnson Diplomat Hotel situated in the heart of Sliema has a superb sea front position on the prestigious promenade, with facilities for every modern convenience to the business and leisure traveler alike. There is an excellent rock bathing beach providing swimming and water sports right opposite. It is well located close to the area's shops, bars and restaurants. The main bus route to Valletta, Capital City, and St. Julian's runs just outside the hotel.
THE APARTMENTS
The twin bedded oak-furnished rooms all have a side sea-view balcony and some have a front sea-view. Fitted carpets, orthopedic mattresses, black-out curtains, air-conditioned (hot or cold), direct-dial telephone, computer modem points, color satellite television, radio, personal safe, trouser press and mini bar are all standard features in our rooms. All rooms have an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower, a telephone and a hair dryer. Two Suites are also available on the eighth floor with a private terrace and panoramic views of Sliema.
