THE AREA
Bellevue is situated near the world famous Spa of Badgastein. Situated in breathtaking scenery of the high mountain region the area is worthy of visiting in the summer when you can go hiking and take a well deserved rest in one of the restaurants and enjoy the wonderful view. This location is one of the top ski areas in the winter and one of the largest in Austria.
THE APARTMENTS
The resort is situated in the Alps on a steep hil side, it has its own ski-lift an ski-hut on the peak ( 2,115 metres ). Apartments (units) in total 5 buildings with a total capacityof approx 800 beds. All of the units are of a comfortable style and have a partial kitchen with 2 or 4 burners and a microwave.

DIRECTIONS
From the airport in Salzburg follow the signs to the A1keep on this road until you reach the junction Signposted Salzburg. From here go onto the A10 in the direction of Radstadt/Villach, take the Bischofshofen exit then go onto road B311 to St Johan/Zell an See. Once you get near Lend, turn left to Badgastein,Once there take the first left at the roundabout and follow the signs to the resort.
