THE AREA
This spectacular beautiful region attracts visitors at all times of the year. It is an area of lakes and mountains, heritage and tradition. The Quaysiders Club is only yards away from the shores of Lake Windermere offering a host of water activities. A short walk along the promenade brings you to the piers for Windermere Cruises. On site there is a whirlpool spa and sauna. No pets are allowed. However there is a pets bed & breakfast place 4 miles out of Ambleside called Outgate, so should you wish to bring your dog it can board overnight and you can take it with you on your day trips - you are however not able to bring it onto resort.
THE APARTMENTS
All the apartments are identical in size and are luxuriously equipped to the highest standard with fine furniture and fabrics and all the modern amenities you are likely to need. They have two bedrooms and sleep a maximum of six persons and are grouped around a courtyard with a picnic / barbeque area. Please note that this resort operates a "penalty system" for late check outs:-for every half hour after 10am that you check out, you will be charged Ј20.

DIRECTIONS
Take the M6 to junction 36. Follow the signs for Windermere, and then Ambleside. Take the left fork at the Waterhead Hotel and 100 yards further you will find Quaysiders on your right.
