THE AREA
The Lakeland Village consists of 47 luxury Cottages and Apartments situated on the banks of the River Leven, the southern outlet of Windermere. It is easily accessible from junction 36 of the M6 and is an ideal location for exploring the southern and western lakes and fells. On the resort is Cascades Health And Leisure Club, of which you are automatically members during your stay and also Whitewater Hotel which has a restaurant and bars for you to use. Within easy reach are all the traditional outdoor activities associated with the Lake District.

DIRECTIONS
Leave the M6 Motorway at Junction 36 (South Lakes) and follow the A590 (Barrow). Just through the roundabout at Newby Bridge there is a stretch of dual carriageway, which ends with a sharp bend to the left. Along this straight the Lakeland Village is the second turning on the right, immediately after "Lakeland Village" sign.
