THE APARTMENTS
Delightfully furnished to the highest standards, the apartments, located in the grounds of the Kilkee Bay Hotel, present the best in comfort and affordability. Each apartment comprises two bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded room with beautifully fitted bathroom with bath and shower. The fully fitted kitchen features an oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and all the necessary kitchen utensils and crockery. The bright and airy open plan living/dining room features television and video. Also a pull out couch bed provides sleeping space for an extra two people. Additional features include a washer/dryer, hairdryers, bed linen and towels, car parking space and a grocery shop within walking distance. Electricity for heating, lighting and fuel is an extra charge and is payable on departure. Electricity is based on the individual meter readings. A security deposit of Ј95 must be paid to the supervisor on arrival. This will be returned to you provided the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions of the rental have been complied with. Failure to leave the apartment/townhouse in a clean and tidy condition may result in an extra cleaning charge of Ј7. 00 per hour. Facilities at the Kilkee Bay Hotel are at your disposal. These include Crockers Seafood Bistro, PJ's traditional bar with regular evening entertainment, a multiplex cinema, Inca's Nite Club, a playground, tennis court. Special attractions include reduced rate access to Waterworld which features the 61m Crystal Tower Flume, Lazy River Ride and Bubble Pool. In addition there are excellent discounts at the Kilkee Diving Centre, reduced rates for Dolphin watching, discounts at Kilkee's Thalassotheraphy Centre and special green fees at the Kilkee Golf Club which is managed by the hotel and apartment complex.
