THE AREA
Set in 27 acres of unspoilt natural parkland the resort is perfectly placed to explore the spectacular glens of Perthshire. The resort is just one kilometer from the world-renowned course at Gleneagles, scene of so many golfing classics over the decades, and there is plenty of golfing of a less exclusive nature within a short drive. The excellent range of leisure activities close by also includes fishing, horse riding, clay pigeon shooting and hill walking. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.
THE APARTMENTS
The individual cottages are new and offer all the comforts of home. The resort operates a strictly no pets rule. A refundable deposit of Ј50. 00 is payable on arrival and electricity will be charged at 9p per unit. There is construction work on site although well away from the existing cottages.

DIRECTIONS
From Edinburgh: Follow the signs for the M9 Grangemouth/Stirling. Keep on the M9 until it becomes the A9 dual carriageway signposted for Perth. 18 miles further on this road and passing Stirling, Dunblane and Blackford, take the A823 exit to Crieff/Dunfermline/Gleneagles. Turn right at the T-junction. Turn left one mile further on, following the signs to Duchally. The resort is situated just half a mile along this narrow road. From Glasgow: Follow signs for the M9 Perth/Stirling which becomes the A9 and follow the directions below. From Perth: Follow signs for the A9 Glasgow/Stirling. Approximately 12 miles on (past Auchterarder) take the A823 exit and turn left. Drive for one mile and turn left following the signs for Duchally.
