The town of Belturbet (1km) has a host of public houses with music and craic every night of the week There are a number of top class restaurants in the locality . There are three golf courses within a few minutes drive, including the magnificent Slieve Russell Hotel and Golf Club . Horse riding is available locally at a number of top class riding centres. THE APARTMENTS
The bungalows have 2 upstairs bedrooms with en-suite facilities each, plus a downstairs bedroom whichis next to the third bathroom, providing full privacy. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are open plan and there are patio doors from the dining area to the patio outside. The resort has been designed to be wheelchair friendly. Pets are not allowed at the resort. Please note that from January 2002 all electricity usage will be charged and tokens can be obtained from the Manager Joe McGreevey on site.

DIRECTIONS
From Dublin airport take the M1 south for about 2 miles then join the M50 west for 6 miles then the N3 north. The N3 passes through Navan and Cavan then to Belturbet. Continue on the N3 through Belturbet, on leaving the town, go over a bridge turn sharp right then right again. Follow the road for about a mile and River Village is on the right hand side. (River Village is signposted after the bridge).
