THE AREA
The resort is situated in a small town which lies on the famous 'Weinstrasse' (wine route), hosting more than 200 wine festivals between May and October. You can go out on excursions through Palatinate forest, visit more than 30 castles, monasteries and ruins as well as visit both the largest barrels in the world. The Black Forest, Heidelberg and Frankfurt are also attractions in this area, as well as the wine festivals which are held between May and November

The resort is situated in Germanies beatiful wine street, formerchancellor Helmut Kohl used to go here for the weekends ( Deideshiemer Hof )In the area there are more that 300 wine tasting houses, many hundered kilometres of hiking tracks there aswell.

DIRECTIONS
From Frankfurt airport take the motorway A5 signposted Basel until Darmstдdter Kreuz. Change to A67 signposted Mannheim / Saarbrьcken until Viernheimer Dreieck, change again onto A6 signposted Saarbrьcken. At Kreuz Frankenthal (junction 20) change onto A61 towards Speyer / Ludwigshafen until Mutterstadter Kreuz. Change onto A65 direction Neustadt. Take junction #11 and follow this street until exit Meckenheim / Ruppertsberg. Pass Ruppertsberg, do not follow the sign Deidesheim right. After leaving Ruppertsberg turn right. When entering Deidesheim, take the first right, then the first left and the first right again. At the end of this road you will find the parking lot.
