THE AREA
The El Capistrano development is situated between the sea and the foothills of the Almijara mountains on a beautiful stretch of the Costa del Sol, ideal for touring. El Capistrano Village is the oldest of the 3 resorts set in mature gardens. Each Andalucian style villa or apartment offers tranquility and some have Mediterranean sea view. El Capistrano Village offers visitors the escape from the hustle and bustle of normal life: no satelite TV, no organised resort activities, no house telephone, just peace. The famous Burriana Beach is 1. 5km away offering Beach restaurants and water sports activities. The Nerja Caves are nearby as is the typically Spanish Town of Nerja. A car is recommended. The resort is unsuitable for the elderly or disabled due to the abundance of steps within the complex.
THE APARTMENTS
There is a choice of either one or two bedroom units for a maximum of four or six persons, both types of unit have a pull-out sofa bed in the lounge. All units have maid service once a week when linen, towels and cleaning will be provided. If visitors wish to have further maid service I. e. daily, it is available at an extra charge. There is no air conditioning, no television and no telephone in the units. (From end March 2002 there will be a television in the unit). A welcome pack of groceries can be ordered in advance. Cots and high chairs are available for which there is a small charge and must be booked with reception prior to arrival. A utilities charge will be levied of approximately Ј10 per week per unit which is paid in pesetas on arrival. There are safety deposit boxes in the units, a deposit of 2000 pesetas is charged for the key.

DIRECTIONS
The resort is located on the main N340Coast Road from Malaga to Almeria. Proceed through the town of Nerja, turn left to El Capistrano Village. The resort's reception for key collection is located in the Commercial Centre of El Capistrano Village Resort. All keys and check-in must be done in El Capistrano Village Reception (NICOSOL TIMESHARE RECEPTION). Please note that if you are checking in after 11pm, the keys will be across the road from Nicosol at the Golf HotelThe easiest way to the resort is by taxi or car.
